We help you tackle your head, neck, and jaw problems.

Here's how we do it:

Manual Therapy

Hands-on therapy to help you start feeling better today.

We have training in cupping, massage, other types of soft tissue work, and joint mobilization/manipulation.

These techniques are designed to help calm your pain and get back to daily living.

Exercise

First, learn exercises that help you feel better.

Then, learn exercises that help you get stronger, build resiliency, and keep the problem from coming back.

Whether you're a beginner to exercise or trying to get back to pushing it in the gym, we'll guide you the whole way.

Myofunctional Therapy

Train the lips, tongue, and other muscles of the jaw and face to support good breathing and jaw position.

Dry Needling

Dry needling can be a helpful tool to reduce pain, muscle tension, and sensitive tissues.

Dr. Salstrand has undergone over 140 hours of training in dry needling - almost 3x the amount required by the state of Tennessee.

Sleep and Nutrition Coaching

We choose to look at you as a whole person. This means that we are often not treating pain, but treating the environment that allows pain to thrive.

If poor sleep or poor food are contributing to your symptoms, we'll help guide your daily habits towards what's good for you and your body.
